Fox looks to keep Daredevil, in talks with Marvel to give back rights to Galactus and Silver Surfer

Big news has surfaced for Marvel fans. Fox and Marvel are currently in talks that will benefit both sides and should make a lot of comic movie fans happy.

Fox currently owns the films rights to Daredevil and the Fantastic Four. However, if Fox does not start filming another Daredevil movie before October 10th, those film right will revert back to their previous owner, Marvel. In order to extend this deadline Fox has entered talks with Marvel.
"One reason for the backroom dealings: Fox is in discussions with Joe Carnahan to direct what’s been described as a “Frank Miller-esque, hardcore 70s thriller” take on blind Hell’s Kitchen superhero Matt Murdock"
In order to keep the rights to Daredevil, Fox may be willing to give the rights to Galactus and Silver Surfer back to Marvel. However, Fox will retain the film rights to the Fantastic Four. This could be a big deal as it is rumored that Galactus and Silver Surfer could play a large role in upcoming Marvel films.

Do you think that this deal will benefit both Fox and Marvel? Would you be excited to see a darker Daredevil movie? Are you happy at the possibility that Galactus and Silver Surfer could be returning to Marvel?
