First teaser trailer for Girl Meets World! [video]

Fans have been waiting for their first look at the new upcoming show Girl Meets World and the wait is finally over. However, if you were born in the 80s and grew up in the 90s you most likely have been waiting a lot longer than most. If you grew up in the 90s you probably grew up watching the original show Boy Meets World from 1993-2000. The show followed the young Cory Matthews (Ben Savage), his girlfriend Topanga Lawrence (Danielle Fishel), and their best friend Shawn Hunter (Ryder Strong) as they grew up and got themselves in all sorts of crazy adventures. The show was able to combine comedy and real life lessons into a perfectly packaged show.

This new show, Girl Meets World, will air on the Disney Channel and will follow Corey and Topanga's daughter, Riley, as she grows up. Taking place 10 years after the events of Boy Meets World, this show will follow Riley as she faces her own life lessons through her family, friends, and school just like her parents did when they were younger. Girl Meets World will star Rowan Blanchard, Sabrina Carpenter, Ben Savage, Danielle Fishel, Corey Fogelmanis, and August Maturo. Look for Girl Meets World on the Disney Channel this summer.
