FOX debuted 5 hilarious minutes of The Simpsons' season premiere episode at San Diego Comic-Con that will feature the first canon crossover of The Simpsons and Family Guy. The footage will undoubtedly make fans laugh and features some other great crossover moments that I do not want to spoil.
This episode is just one of two planned crossover episodes that will appear this season on The Simpsons. The second will bring the Simpsons together with the characters from creator Matt Groening's other animated series, Futurama.
This The Simpsons episode is titled "The Simpsons Guy" and will air on September 28, 2014.
