First official photos of Orgrim Doomhammer from the upcoming Warcraft film are released!

The first official movie stills have been released for Duncan Jones' Warcraft film! Warcraft will be based on the wildly popular MMORPG from Blizzard Entertainment, World of Warcraft. The first photos show off actor Robert Kazinki (True Blood, The Frankenstein Code) as the orc Orgrim Doomhammer.

When talking about casting Kazinski, director Duncan Jones stated,
"“We were looking for someone who would be able to perform the gruffness, the humor, and the toughness of this character,”"
Ogrim is being created by Industrial Light & Magic. ILM took took concept art from Blizzard Entertainment and merged it with photos and scans of actor Robert Kazinski to create the look for Ogrim. Duncan Jones commented about how ILm is creating these creatures;
"“We’ve gone beyond the point where these are just creatures in movies,” Jones says. “We now have the technology and the ability to make new characters entirely.”"
It'll be really interesting to see what the finished product looks like for this film. These first two photos for Ogrim look amazing.

Warcraft will be in theaters on June 10, 2016.
